Autumn is a harvesting time to admire the crops of summer work and to gather yields to granaries. In the middle of colourful harvest we invite everyone who is interested in the Estonian traditional food to visit us. Fish has played a very important role besides bread on the dining table of our ancestors. Therefore there is deep respect towards fields, providing the main food, and slightly unexpected and dangerous sea that has offered more besides bread. On the bread day of this year we introduce the role of sea, besides the story of bread, as the feeder and means of subsistence.
