Forest mushrooms are a very common and widely used produce in Estonian cooking during the autumn season. In September, the entire tasting menu of restaurant Horisont is based on mushrooms. In this menu, the combination of Estonian beef, pickled chanterelles and bolete bread is one of the most special ones.
